I got all paranoid that the africans had a list of our membership from auralynx after they sniped langly.
Thankfully, this either seems to not be the case, or they're waiting on it.
In other news, the war is not going well for us in the new timeline, apparently.

There was a light and immense pain. Then you remember something. The light felt more dim, this time(?), like it was attempting to find a middle time. The pain dimmed the light more and here you are, before the when the light wanted you to be, trying to remember. No, “remember” isn’t quite right. But somehow it is? You remember the the past but at the same time, you foresee it? The next, and past(?), 6 years are there in your memory, although much of it is … “blurry”? No… “foggy”? No… “shifting”? YES. Much of it is shifting except for 7 very specific days. You write down the specifics onto a nearby piece of paper and look it over. There has to be something you can do about this… May 24th, 2351 – Declaration of War
Dr. Paul-Henri Durand, the pioneer of Time Science and only person to successfully manipulate time, “defects” to the Asian Empire from America. The American government, convinced the defection was coerced or possibly a kidnapping, wastes no time in declaring war. The Asian Empire strikes first, however, when Shàngjiàng Yuen gives the order to launch a barrage of Mark X missiles from their satellites in space. America’s Ballistic Defense System performs well in its first wartime test, shooting down 98% of the threats and casualties are limited to the thousands. General Gomez starts his charge into the Pacific and begins a campaign that defeats the Asian Empire at nearly every turn.
DeadINANTP Phyphor Ronrab August 3rd, 2352 – Liberation of Seoul
General Stevens leads the beachhead into the state of Korea and makes progress as far as Seoul in one day. The Koreans make a valiant defense of Seoul but eventually lose control before nightfall. Intel suggests that Asian Empire military command is experiencing infighting, which may account for their lack of defensive capabilities. America announces the creation of a Time Science department headed up by Dr. Roth.
Dead MikeyCTS romanqwerty
February 13th, 2353 – Invasion of Cape Canaveral
When American forces pushed up to the border of the state of China, the Asian Empire sued for peace. A month later, General Porter meets with Shàngjiàng Yuen to go over the terms of the Asian Empire’s surrender. Hours after the meeting, however, unmarked troops embark from stealth cruisers and take control of Florida’s Cape Canaveral. Peace talks are called off and American troops invade China. In the month following, millions of Chinese die.
Dead Anialos Kime Mill Premium
March 1st, 2354 – S-Day
America adds another Nobel prize winner, Dr. Johnson, to its Time Science department. Rumors are that the country is making significant strides in tech. In other news, during the year since the invasion of Cape Canaveral, America had learned the Mediterranean Ascendancy was responsible and declared a second war, opening a new front and weakening their strength in Asia. As a result, American troops were pushed out of Asia, due in large part to Shàngjiàng Yuen, and are backed up to the California Coastline. To the East, the Mediterranean Ascendancy had repelled all naval and air attacks into their territory and amassed a giant fleet within striking distance of America’s eastern coastline. An assassination of top military leaders leaves the American forces weakened while Stratigos Mancini coordinates the Coalition, consisting of Asian Empire and Mediterranean Ascendancy forces, off the American coastlines.. He leads the Coalition's simultaneous invasion of both American coastlines. The Coalition gains a foothold in both of America’s borders with ease.
Dead capfalcon Invictus Iron Weasel Kilnaga Locus Spoit
June 27th, 2355 – Fort Knox Looted
After months of holding off the invaders, Coalition forces strike two huge blows on the same day. Stratigos Mancini focusing solely on the Eastern front, leads a strike team of Mediterranean Ascendancy into Fort Knox, KY and gains complete control of the vault. On the Western front, a new Asian Empire leader, Shàngjiàng Sun Tzu outmaneuvers American forces and pushes far into the mainland.
Dead enlightenedbum Gizzy MrBlarney SeGaTai SLyM
April 4th, 2356 – Mississippi Massacre
After the looting of Fort Knox, Stratigos Mancini was never seen again. As a result, the Mediterranean Ascendancy’s forces were thrown into disarray and were eventually pushed off of American soil. On this day, they officially declared peace with America and America was now again fighting a one front war. Fortunately, that one front was proving winnable as the Asian Empire was without much of their experienced leaders. American and Asian Empire forces clashed at the Mississippi to a standstill. It was a massacre on both sides, but General Boyd gives America hope by finally stopping the Asian Empire advance. Rumors are that America is getting desperate and may deploy a time based weapon in the near future.
Dead Flarne Zombie Hero
September 28th, 2357 – Rain of Fire
General Boyd, running low on men, plans a desperate counter-attack hoping to take the enemy off-guard. His counter-attack is immensely successful and forces the enemy to retreat. Unfortunately, AE spies had gained access to America’s Ballistic Defense System just days before. With the BDS hacked and offline, missiles rained down on the American troops as they chased the fleeing Asian Empire army. The bulk of the American military is wiped out.
Dead cesareb Retaba Smasher
January 21st, 2358 – Battle of Washington DC
The Asian Empire limps into America’s capitol. Rail Tanks roll onto the White House lawn. The President makes the fateful call to the Time Science department. The anomaly is created.
So should we be setting our temp kills on all these specials the day before they're mentioned in narration?

At the very least we should be taking out targets like claimed guards and vigs with the temp kills early on so their powers don't take effect on later days. I don't know what effect the generals and time docs have.

It seems like picking the day to jump to is a push and pull bt mafia and village. Maybe the most we can move in a direction is 2 days? So tomorrow village will choose day 2 and we would hypothetically choose day 8 landing us on day Day 5
Also I think the way my future temp death falls its pretty clear who I am! But removing me from the game is better for the mafia bc my orders will go through and Mega can always change them. The village would actually benefit more from keeping me temp dead so that my kills don't go through.
With that thought - cythraul and mega are the most important ones to keep alive

I am alive!
I edited the Player List to include known and claimed villager roles, so we can better coordinate when we want to kill people. I'm going to go through the narrations and see what we can do.
If removing someone from the anomaly locks in their orders, we may want to remove 38thDoe sooner rather than later (assuming he really is an odd day vig). His kills so far have always missed us, and if we can lock in some temp kills on villagers that would be swell. Even if he switches to one of us, then we'll at least know it's coming and be able to block it later on.

That sounds like a great idea - temp kill the known guards as early day wise as possible and perma kill 38th

What we know based on narrations: 1. General Stevens (jdarksun) starts wrecking our shit on Day 2. 2. Peace talks have three potential outcomes (that we know of): A. Ambassador Maynard (allegedly ronrab) negotiates the release of special forces POWs on Day 3 IF General Porter is not there. B. General Porter (premium) merely delays the attack on Cape Canaveral on Day 3 IF Ambassador Maynard is not there. C. If both are there, the events play out the same as in (B). 3. General Gibson (Anialos) coordinates the defense of North America on Day 4. 4. Dr. Kent (MrBlarney) joins the American time science team on Day 6.
Based on this, we should probably do the following: 1. Kill jdarksun on Day 1 2. Kill ronrab on Day 2. 3. Kill Anialos on Day 3 4. Kill MrBlarney on Day 4 or Day 5.

In the alternative we could move our temp kills onto people who have not been removed from the anomaly in an attempt to remove more villagers from the game and (hopefully) bring us closer to victory.

The village may attempt to temp kill Langly just to make sure he doesn't get his kills off. It might be worth guarding him. Assuming of course that abilities can target the dead.

Let's find out.

Thinking on what I said earlier, it's probably not important to guard Langly until we know that doing so will get us our victory (or we know that that kill is not going to get switched off) and it may be better to make sure our not permanently dead members are around to change the timeline.

JPants figured it out.
While I was going through the results I noticed this and thought it might happen.
We may want to consider getting on the bandwagon early.
